We’re pleased to announce the addition of Student Reports to the new Mathletics Teacher Console, giving teachers easy access to reports on activity mastery, participation and Live Mathletics.

Under the Reports section you will now see a fifth tile called “Student Reports”.

Student Reports encompasses three different reports.

Activity Mastery Reports

This report provides teachers with a visual breakdown of activities mastered across:

  • Classes
  • Groups
  • Individual Students

In the classes and groups activity mastery views, you’re provided with a visual breakdown (in a simple traffic light layout) of the progress of your students for activities in their course. What you can also see on the right-hand side of the screen is the relative strengths and weaknesses of your class or group by topic or activity.

You can then drill down to view individual student’s activity mastery. You can see all the topics that make up the course an individual student is assigned to and all the activities within that topic, how many attempts they’ve made and their latest results. You can also see an individual student’s relative strengths and weaknesses by topic and activity. This allows you, as a teacher, to identify any areas of need for an individual student and potentially formulate a targeted study plan.

Participation Reports

This report provides teachers with the Participation results of:

  • Classes
  • Groups
  • Individual Students

In the classes or groups view, you will be met with a summary of time online, activity points, Live Mathletics points and certificates earned by each student, along with a class summary of this information.

If you drill down further, you can view individual student participation. You can see a summary of activity points, Live Mathletics points, and certificates earned by the selected student, as well as information on how many times they have signed in, and how long they spent signed in to Mathletics during the chosen timeframe. Below this will be a list of course topics. The average first, highest, and latest score will be displayed for each topic. Select a topic to view the results for the individual activities within that topic, including the number of attempts and % improvement.

Live Mathletics Reports

This report provides teachers with a summary of Live Mathletics results for:

  • Classes
  • Groups
  • Individual Students

In the classes or groups view, you are provided with a summary of each student’s progress in Live Mathletics including questions per minute average, total correct answers, accuracy and their top score.

If you select an individual student, you get a breakdown of their progress by Live Mathletics level.

What’s really useful is all the Reports above are exportable and displayed beautifully in a PDF file. These exports are incredibly handy for class reports or parent-teacher interviews.

Don’t delay! Dive into your Mathletics Teacher Console and start exploring the new Student Reports today. Don’t have Mathletics? We can help with that.
